Cinnamon is number two on the list and we’re not surprised, you can fill your home with this popular scent by hanging a cinnamon stick or cinnamon pinecones. In addition to its appealing aroma, cinnamon also has several health benefits. You can use the cinnamon spice in your food as it has anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, as well as prebiotic properties which may improve gut health and reduce blood pressure.

You can use a selection of the popular autumnal fragrances to create your own simmer pot. Basically, there’s no wrong way of doing this and you can create a scent that you love for your home. Start with filling a large pot with water then begin to add your autumn-inspired ingredients.
