We charge an upfront fee depending on the service required, deducted from the first month’s rent.

  • On fully managed service there is an initial set-up fee of 60% of the first month's rent including VAT (50% plus VAT) when we find a tenant and then 12% including VAT (10% + VAT) of the monthly rent every month thereafter.
  • On our tenant find-only service, the initial fee will be 90% (75% plus VAT) of the first month's rent, initially, and then for any other tenant we find for our landlords.  An inventory (Included, free, within our fully managed service) is £125 plus VAT (£150.00 including VAT)
  • Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Reports and Energy Performance Certificates (and any other reports required) are carried out by suitably qualified third parties. Their fees will be quoted to you before engagement.
