We charge an upfront fee depending on service required, deducted from the first month’s rent.

  • On fully managed properties the initial fee will never be more than 50% of the first month’s rent plus VAT.
  • On our find only properties the initial fee will be between £360 (INCLUDING VAT) and 75% of the first month’s rent (PLUS VAT).
  • Our monthly charges are between £42 (INCLUDING VAT) for rent collection only and up to 10% (PLUS VAT) of the monthly rent for fully managed properties. If an inventory is required in addition to our normal check-in report there is a charge of £60 (INCLUDING VAT), Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s), if required, can be carried out at a charge of £85 (NO VAT IS PAYABLE ON THIS AMOUNT), Gas Safety Certificates and optional Electrical Reports are carried out by suitably qualified third parties. Their fees will be quoted to you prior to engagement.
