In case you haven’t heard, Bridgerton is back! If this is the first that you’re hearing about the record-breaking Netflix series then where have you been?! Inspired by Julia Quinn’s bestselling novels the series has captured our hearts but here at Hathways we’re not just obsessed with the characters and their storylines, we have fallen in love with the stunning regency interiors too.

Bridgerton House

Filmed at: Ranger’s House, Greenwich & RAF Halton

The elegant Georgian property is located in Greenwich, sitting on the boundary of Greenwich Park and Blackheath. Built in 1720 for a naval captain, today the property is part of English Heritage and of course, in the show is home to The Bridgerton family which is featured extensively in this most reason series.

Regencycore

Following on from the cottagecore trend is this regal alternative. Focus your interiors on extravagance, decadence and just generally going over the top! Use warmer palettes in your home to create a cosier feel using rich, deep shades of beige and grey. The stunning Bridgerton House includes strong colours, layered with creamy champagnes and greens that can add a touch of glamour and elegance to your home.

Hastings House

Filmed at: Wilton House, Syon House and Badminton House

These three properties double up as the Duke of Hastings’ grand London abode as well as appearances in other productions such as The Crown and Pride and Prejudice. Both exterior and interior scenes have been used for the fictional residence of Hastings House including the nursery, study, dressing rooms and parlour for the Duke and his family.

Vintage Wallpapers

Vintage design is seeing a huge comeback thanks to the interior shots throughout the series. Whether it’s a full room or feature wall, vintage wallpapers bring character and warmth to your home, especially when incorporated with vintage homewares and modern elements to complete the look.

Fetherington House

Filmed at: Royal Crescent, Hatfield House and RAF Hilton

Bath’s iconic Royal Crescent played a starring role as Fetherington House, built in 1776-1777, the Grade II listed Bath stone crescent was originally designed as 30 terrace houses and is now home to the museum No.1 Royal Crescent, the five-star Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa and private housing. The memorable exterior and bold colour palette perfectly matches the Fetherington family’s iconic wardrobes.

Floral Wall Art

The ladies within the Fetherington family are renowned for their vibrant and extravagant wardrobe often using floral patterns much like their home. Vintage framed prints are a must and will complete the regencycore look in your home. If you’re looking to update your bathroom floral artwork provides the room with an elegant edge and focus point, perfect if you’re looking to make a statement.
