The Village, Caerleon

As its name suggests, The Village is perfectly positioned in the heart of Caerleon and we have to admit it’s one of our favourite places to pop for a reasonably priced and extra tasty coffee and cake. If you happen to be passing around breakfast time take a quick detour and pick up a bacon roll or croissant, the perfect treat after a busy school run!

Coffiology, Caerleon

With a wide selection of artisan coffee, Coffiology is a popular social spot to swap your prosecco for a pod. Coffiology is also serving the community through its private function room offering a trendy space for your next birthday, baby shower, or office party.

Horton’s Lounge, Newport

Horton’s Lounge is situated on the banks of the River Usk and just a short walk to Newport town centre. Serving up speciality coffee and even a bowl of water for your furry friend it’s a popular stop-off with dog walkers and those trying to up their steps this January.

Wilson & Bay Coffee Club, Newport

If you’d like to enjoy a coffee with a view then you need to head to Christchurch viewpoint where you’ll find Wilson & Bay. This bespoke horse box coffee trailer is open 7 days a week serving delicious hot drinks, light nibbles, and tasty snacks until sunset.

Millington’s Café & Coffee Lounge, Cwmbran

You’ve made the decision to give up alcohol this January but you’ve still got to eat, right? Well, at Millington’s you can enjoy a coffee with a cheese n cracker board or perhaps something to warm you up like a healthy jacket potato and unhealthy filling!

This family-run coffee shop is hoping that you’ll leave feeling revived, recharged, and relaxed and we certainly were! January is a tough month for us all so it’s great to visit local coffee shops with your friends and family.
