Name: Phil Hathway

Job Title: Managing Director/Valuer/Mortgage Broker

What do you love the most about your job? Helping people achieve the best price for their property so they are financially better off, at the end of the transaction, compared to if they used a different Estate Agent.

What is your favourite property themed TV programme? A Place in The Sun

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? A bottle of vodka - Joke! None really, crisps maybe…?

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? I would like to move back to Spain.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Tennis, Golf, watching all sports and socialising.

What do you love the most about your job? Being able to help and assist our clients with the progression of their sales/purchases

What is your favourite property themed TV programme? A Place in The Sun

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? Chocolate bars

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? Italy, mostly due to their love of food and wine!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Spending time with my children and socialising with friends (whilst having a glass of prosecco or two)

What do you love the most about your job? – Telling clients purchasing their dream home is possible then helping them through the buying process from start to finish.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? – From places visited probably Prague

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? – Watching Netflix, football, rugby etc. (and checking work emails of course!)

Job Title: Lettings Manager

What do you love the most about your job? – No day is ever the same, it’s very fast-paced and I love meeting lots of new people. I’m very lucky to have such lovely, supportive colleagues which make me enjoy it even more.

What is your favourite property themed TV programme? – Tiny House Nation, I want a Tiny House!

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? – I don’t have a desk drawer, mainly so I don’t hoard snacks in there.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? – New Zealand. I travelled there a few years ago, it’s such a beautiful country.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? – When we’re not in a pandemic I enjoy, spending time and socialising with friends & family, day trips walks with my dog and eating.

What do you love the most about your job? I love looking through the properties, and achieving a sale! I love working with my colleagues, they’re a great team.

What is your favourite property themed TV programme? Grand Designs. Any property programme really.

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? Chocolate(any)!

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? I have no idea! If I were a millionaire, it would be one home somewhere hot and one somewhere snowy and cold – always wanted to visit Canada and Alaska!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Being with family and friends, eating out, driving (anywhere), painting and reading.

What do you love the most about your job? It’s always busy so there is always something to do and it is never boring.

What is your favourite property themed TV programme? Selling Sunset, I love the properties the Agents get to sell and could imagine myself living in LA with their lifestyle!

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? Lunchables, chicken sensations and Starbucks Vanilla coffee.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? Miami, I’ve visited once before, the white beaches with the clear blue sea is stunning!

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? Shopping, going for cocktails/bottomless brunch and socialising with friends and family.

What do you love most about your job? – Being a part of an amazing team as everyone is so supportive. I love being able to help people each day and being faced with an endless amount of different challenges.

What is your favourite property themed TV programme? – Mine would be Grand Designs, as I love seeing people’s creative side and watching them build their dream home from scratch, It is something I would love to do in the future!!

What snacks do you keep in your desk drawer? Lotus Biscoff spread, fruit and chocolate.

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be? New York, as I would love the busy city environment and all the designer shops.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I love going for runs and mountain walks, painting/drawing and socializing with friends.
